Pierce Grading, Inc. was started in 2016 as an operated-equipment rental business with just a single skip loader. The company now has two operated skip loaders and three Elgin Crosswind Regen Air Street Sweepers serving Southern California.

certified, DBE, CBE-DBE, CBE-WBE, WBE, SB, SDB and WOSB.

We offer TIER 4 union-operated Skip Loader and Street Sweeper rentals. Our skip loaders are laser equipped, include 4-in-1 buckets and run by operators with over 25 years of experience.
